The Poughkeepsie Tapes is a horrifying new film that will be coming to the Tribeca Film Festival April 27th and 28th. The Poughkeepsie Tapes is a movie about the events surrounding the Water Street Butcher, otherwise known as James Foley, and his onslaught of serial killings that occurred in Poughkeepsie , New York throughout the 1990’s. These tapes are thought to have been filmed by Foley himself as he was committing unspeakable acts and used by the FBI to profile violent, psychopathic behavior in others.
